Dennis Reis was born on 6 October 1904, in Alexandria, Egypt, the son of Arthur Montagu and Fanny (Cruwys) Reis. He married Alba Marini on 2 February 1929 at the British Consulate General, Alexandria, Egypt.
Alba was born in 1909, in Alexandria, Egypt, the daughter of Giuseppe Marini, and she died as the divorced wife of Dennis (a government official) on 11 February 1953, at Agouza Hospital, Cairo, Egypt.
Dennis then married on 28 June 1948 Brenda Dorothy Price. The marriage took place at the registry office in Birmingham. Dorothy was born in 1928. Dennis died on 3 December 1965 at Manchester House, Mark, Somerset. Dennis belongs to belong to Reis Generation Three.
Notes: On the marriage certificate of Dennis and Alba, her father’s name is given as Giuseppe Marini (deceased), a music teacher. Dennis lists his profession as an accountant. On the marriage certificate of Dennis and Brenda, he is listed as an executive officer in the Foreign Office. Brenda’s father is Fredrick John Price a dispatch officer with the Foreign Service.
