The Palmer family appears here on the Man family web site as a result of a series of marriages. In 1666 Richard Cradock married Hester Palmer. In 1658 Richard’s sister Susannah married Henry Barnes. Henry and Susannah (Cradock) Barnes are the direct ancestors of all living (and many not) members of the Man family. Details of the Barnes family can be found on their family page here. Thus the relationship between the Palmer and the Man family is rather indirect. However the Palmer family is interesting ….
